Job summary

Palm Springs Post Acute is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our 119-bed Sub-A and Long-Term Care facility in Massachusetts. We offer full-time and PRN roles with daily pay, $20–$23.50 per hour, a $1 shift differential, and a $3 paid time benefit for FT.

You’ll deliver compassionate, hands-on resident care under licensed staff to promote safety and quality of life. Our core values are Passion, Respect, and Excellence.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered CNA license in Massachusetts.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
