Job summary

Palm Springs Post Acute is hiring CNAs for full-time and PRN roles on day and overnight shifts. The facility offers Daily Pay, a $1 shift differential, and pay ranging from $20 to $23.50 per hour (all-inclusive).

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Massachusetts CNA license.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work with multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality care.
• Strong communication and following directions reliably.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under licensed staff supervision.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, linens).
• Deliver supportive care to meet physical and emotional needs.
• Observe residents and report changes promptly to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Support nursing staff in delivering resident-centered care.
