Palm Springs Post Acute is seeking a Weekend Warrior Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate team. This PRN, weekend-focused role supports residents with daily activities, ensures safety, and upholds our standards of dignity and comfort in a sub-acute and long-term care setting.

Candidates must hold an active MA CNA license, maintain BLS/CPR certification, and demonstrate teamwork and strong communication in a busy healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Massachusetts.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions consistently.

Responsabilités

• Provide basic resident care under supervision in a safe, compassionate manner.
• Assist with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Provide supportive care to meet residents' physical and emotional needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment that promotes dignity and well-being.
