Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care-Evanston in Evanston, WY is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our clinical team. The role provides CNA services to residents per care plans and facility policies under supervision. You must be a state-certified CNA with CPR/BLS, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a food handler permit.

Prior long-term care experience is preferred. Shifts are full-time or part-time, and strong teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Current Food Handler Permit
• Must have no disciplinary action in effect against certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides supportive services to nurse, med tech and other staff as needed and performs duties as assigned.
• Assists resident with activities of daily living for resident per care plans and policies.
• Assists resident with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting.
• Coordinates dining room services at assigned mealtimes, including set-up and clean-up, meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.
• Delivers nutritional supplements to residents and documents intake.
