As a Caregiver Float, you will get full-time hours each week, have every other weekend off, and get paid $25 each weekend whether you work or not. You must have open availability and be willing to be on call every other weekend.

The Float Position consists of being available from 7 am to 7 pm, on call every other weekend, and includes paid mileage and travel time. We service a 50-mile radius. If there are call-ins, you would need to cover the shift. To get your 40 hours, you will come to the office when you are not scheduled to see a client.
