Senior Helpers is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our compassionate healthcare team. The CNA will provide essential hands-on care and support to patients with daily living tasks and basic health needs under supervision of licensed nursing staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR certification required.
• Previous CNA or caregiver experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift, turn, and transfer clients safely.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Turn, reposition, and transfer patients safely to prevent bedsores and promote comfort.
• Take and record vital signs as needed.
• Observe and report changes to nursing staff.
• Help patients ambulate and use mobility aids.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient environment.
• Document care provided and maintain accurate records per facility policy.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and families.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times.
