Senior Helpers is hiring experienced caregivers for immediate openings across all shifts, including weekends. Join our team to help seniors live with dignity and independence in their homes.

If you have at least one year of hands-on caregiving, reliable transportation, and a compassionate approach, you can apply. We offer mileage reimbursement, benefits after qualifying period, PTO, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Professional or family caregiving experience accepted.
• Must pass background screening.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (W-2 employees only).
• Willing to travel to Huntley, Algonquin, Cary, Elgin, South Elgin and surrounding areas.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide medication reminders (no medication administration)
• Escort clients to appointments and errands
• Assist with mobility and ensure home safety
• Follow individualized care plans and document care provided
• Observe, report, and communicate changes in client condition
