Job summary

CareDiem Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers and CNAs to help clients live safely and independently at home. This part-time shift runs 3 hours once a week from 9am to 12pm, with a flexible day and no weekends. Responsibilities include personal care, mobility support, meal prep, and documentation via the care app.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year caregiving experience; CNA/HHA preferred but not required. Valid work authorization, background checks, and CPR/First Aid may be needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year caregiving experience (agency or private).
• CNA/HHA preferred but not required.
• Valid ID, SSN, or work authorization.
• TB test, background check, drug screen.
• CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain).
• Reliable transportation preferred.
• Comfortable with smartphone apps.

Responsibilities

• Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting).
• Mobility/transfers & fall prevention.
• Meal prep & light housekeeping.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship & safety supervision.
• Use care app to clock in/out and document care.
