Job summary

CareDiem Home Care is hiring compassionate, skilled CNAs to help clients live safely and independently at home. We offer on-going 4hr shifts on weekends or weekdays, with supportive office staff and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility, meal prep, medication reminders, and companionship. Applicants should have 1+ year caregiving experience; CNA/HHA preferred but not required, and be comfortable using care apps on a smartphone.

Qualifications

• 1+ year caregiving experience (agency or private).
• CNA/HHA preferred but not required.
• Valid ID, SSN, or work authorization.
• TB test, background check, drug screen.
• CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain).
• Reliable transportation preferred.
• Comfortable with smartphone apps.

Responsibilities

• Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting).
• Mobility/transfers & fall prevention.
• Meal prep & light housekeeping.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship & safety supervision.
• Use care app to clock in/out and document care.
