Job summary

Starling’s Grove at Countryside in Florida is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents in a safe, home-like environment. Full-time 12-hour shifts include rotating weekends and holidays, with a potential sign-on bonus after 90 days.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous experience with seniors with dementia preferred.
• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and support to residents.
• Observe and document changes in residents’ condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, ambulation).
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Respond to call bells and report needs to supervisor.

Education

Certified Nurse’s Aide certification (preferred)
