Job summary

The Ridge Senior Living in Holladay, UT is seeking compassionate Caregivers/CNAs to provide resident-centered personal care and support in a friendly senior living community. Training is provided if not certified, with opportunities to advance along a caring career ladder.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive dining experience and assist residents with meals, snacks and supplements.
• Document resident care and behavior.

Qualifications of a Caregiver / Care Partner / CNA:

• You are not required to be a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) - we will train the right candidates
• Dedication to and passion to serve seniors with excellent customer service skills
• Positive attitude, the flexibility to perform various duties in service to the residents and the ability to work in a team environment are keys to success
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred
• Ability to make choices, decisions, and act in the resident’s best interest
• Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication and a level of understanding
• Competent in organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
• High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred but not required.
• Minimum age of 16. Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
