Monarch Communities in New York is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to support daily nursing, living, and personal care services aligned with each resident's care plan. This role is part-time or per-diem at a rate up to USD 21 per hour, with a flexible schedule and opportunities for on-the-job training.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and daily activities while maintaining resident dignity and safety.

Competenze

• Certified Nursing Assistant credential or license
• High School Diploma required
• Knowledge and experience with elderly population; dementia experience preferred

Mansioni

• Provide resident care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding as outlined in care plans
• Maintain safety, comfort, dignity and confidentiality of residents
• Escort residents to meals and activities
• Ensure residents are clean, neatly dressed, safe and fed during shifts
• Document all services provided during the shift
• Report changes in resident condition to supervisor promptly
