Responsibilities

• Promotes the facility mission, vision and values in services, standards and practices.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and uphold patient rights.
• Do not leave the client unattended at any time.
• Perform and record patient vital signs, intake and output; notify RN of changes.
• Provide general nursing care and assist with ADLs.
• Observe patients and report any changes to the RN; document as required.
• Assist with transportation of patients and supplies and unit maintenance.
• Assist CNA duties and assume full caseload when not on 1:1 supervision.
