Qualifications

• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized attention to residents to support highest practical wellbeing.
• Follow the individualized care plan and provide information to care planning staff.
• Assist with grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, incontinent care, toileting, transferring, mobility, and related tasks.
• Maintain resident privacy, dignity, and a warm, caring environment.
• Report incidents of abuse or rights violations to the charge nurse or staff.
• Keep environment safe, clean, and report equipment or lighting issues.
• Observe changes in condition and report to licensed nursing personnel.
• Maintain skin integrity and assist with repositioning to prevent ulcers.
