The role focuses on delivering compassionate daily nursing care in alignment with each resident’s plan while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

Ideal candidates hold an active Oregon CNA certification, BLS/BCLS certification, and have related healthcare experience.

Formación

• Active Oregon CNA certification required.
• BLS/BCLS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide routine daily nursing care as per resident assessment and care plan.
• Assist residents with dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair, and incontinence care.
• Assist with eating and mobility, transfers, and ROM exercises as directed.
