Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active CNA registration in the state Nurse Aide Registry.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follows established CNA performance standards and policies.
• Provides direct care to residents/patients with ADL needs under the supervision of a licensed RN.
• Reports resident/patient needs promptly to the registered nurse.
• Completes assignments timely, completely and accurately.
• Participates in interdisciplinary team and facility meetings as assigned.
• Ensures residents have call lights and needed items within reach.
