Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support our patients with daily care needs. You will perform routine nursing tasks, assist with bathing, feeding, grooming and toileting, and work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality care.

The role requires a State-approved CNA program completion, active CNA licensure, and CPR certification. Prior skilled nursing experience is preferred, and adherence to Life Care standards is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with applicable laws and Life Care standards.
• Deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed.
• Join interdisciplinary team and contribute to patient care.
• Maintain professional working relationships with all associates and vendors.
