Arrow Senior Living is seeking a CNA Care Partner for the 7pm-7am shift in Rogers, AR. You will assist residents with daily living activities, promote empathy, and provide compassionate care in a home-like environment.

The role requires at least 18 years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Computer skills to document resident information are expected, with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude with residents.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating.
• Support residents with sitting, standing, and walking; assist with transfers as needed.
• Foster an empathetic, inclusive environment and engage residents in activities and social interaction.

Care Partner pay range: $18 - $20.25 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Wednesday and Thursday

7:00pm to 7:00am

What are we looking for?

• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
