Job summary

Pinnacle Groves in Rogers, AR is hiring a Part-Time Care Partner to join our compassionate team. The role includes assisting residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility, while delivering empathetic companionship.

Shifts are Wednesdays and Thursdays from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am. Requirements include being at least 18, a high school diploma or equivalent, English literacy, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Basic computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Active (standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping) all day.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care.
• Provide empathy and create a positive, inclusive environment.
• Support residents to engage in activities and social interactions.
• Follow care plans and report changes to supervisors.
