LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support a Cardiac Telemetry Unit on-site in Beaverton, OR. You will assist RNs with admissions, discharges, and transfers, and help manage patient vitals, specimens, and mobility with proper equipment.

Qualifications

• Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Preferred: 1 year CNA experience.

Responsibilities

• Assisting RNs with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Measuring and recording vital signs, output, and weights.
• Collecting specimens and performing fingerstick blood tests.
• Supporting patient mobility and transfers using proper equipment.
• Contributing to a high-functioning team and performing other duties as assigned.
