Job summary

Benedictine Living Community-St. Joseph in Missouri is seeking a CNA-NAR (Float) for a full-time day shift, with 7 am–3:30 pm hours. This role travels to multiple facilities within the Benedictine region to support residents.

You will provide direct resident care, report changes, and document in the POC system, while upholding dignity and respect. Must be in good standing on the CNA registry, have BLS, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The CNA-NAR (Float) provides direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
