Job summary

Benedictine Living is seeking a CNA-NAR (Float) to deliver direct resident care across multiple facilities within the Benedictine region. You will report condition changes to RN or LPN and document in the POC system, while demonstrating strong time management and prioritization of tasks.

This role requires travel to designated facilities, upholding dignity and residents’ choices, and maintaining clear communication in English.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.

As a CNA-NAR (Float) you operate on the front lines and ensure our residents are treated with dignity and respect, as well as choices within their lives.
