Job summary

Ro Health is seeking a dedicated CNA to join our healthcare team at a correctional facility in Bryan, TX. This role focuses on med-pass duties and patient care within a secure setting.

You will work Monday-Friday or Sat-Sun, 3pm-11:00pm, under a contracted arrangement. Qualifications include a valid CNA certificate, BLS from the American Heart Association, ability to pass a background check, and TB testing. Competitive benefits and support from Ro Health are provided.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage pre-packaged medications for assigned patients.
• Distribute and administer medications accurately and in a timely manner.
• Organize and maintain medication carts and ensure proper labeling and storage.
• Complete all required medication documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with facility and state regulations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized medication area in accordance with facility standards.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards
• Support LVNs, RNs and other healthcare staff
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with facility guidelines

This position plays a vital role in providing essential healthcare services to incarcerated individuals, ensuring a safe, hygienic, and therapeutic environment within the facility. This will be a med-pass specific role.

Details:

• Location: Bryan, TX
• Schedule: Monday-Friday or Sat-Sun
• Shift: 3pm-11:00pm
• Employment Type: Contract
