Job summary

Red Cliffs Post Acute in Grand Junction, CO is hiring full-time CNAs for 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am shifts. You will provide direct resident care under licensed nurses, fostering a patient-centered environment and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Current CO CNA license.
• English literacy (read, write, speak).

• LTC/SNF experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents under supervision of licensed nurses.
• Assist with activities of daily living and comfort measures.
• Document care and observe resident conditions.

Open Positions: Full Time 6am-6pm & 6pm-6am

Successful Candidates:

• Current, unencumbered CO CNA license
• Minimum 10th-grade education
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and Colorado CAPS background check
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Experience in LTC/SNF is a plus!

Rate Range: $18-$25/hour

* $2,000 bonus paid: $250 paid after 30 days, $250 paid after 90 days, $500 paid after 6 months & $1,000 paid after 12 months - bonus for full-time positions only & must remain in full-time status to receive bonus.
