Job summary

Red Cliffs Post Acute in Grand Junction, CO is hiring Full Time CNAs for 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am shifts. You will provide direct care to residents under licensed nurses, assisting with daily living activities and mobility while maintaining safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10th-grade education.
• Current CO CNA license.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents under the direction of licensed nurses.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Monitor residents and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment.

Successful Candidates:

Current, unencumbered CO CNA license

Minimum 10th-grade education

Current CPR certification

Ability to pass a criminal background check and Colorado CAPS background check

Ability to read, write, and speak English

Experience in LTC/SNF is a plus!

Rate Range:

$18-$25/hour

* $2,000 bonus paid: $250 paid after 30 days, $250 paid after 90 days, $500 paid after 6 months & $1,000 paid after 12 months - bonus for full-time positions only & must remain in full-time status to receive bonus.
