Walnut Creek Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, a Generations Healthcare facility, has opportunities for CNAs. Our 180-bed facility specializes in short-term rehab and long-term care and includes a Subacute unit. We offer full-time AM and PM shifts, with Per Diem options available.
