Focused Post Acute Care Partners (FPACP) is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to join the team in Texas. The role focuses on assisting residents with activities of daily living to promote independence and dignity in a long-term care setting.

Ideal candidates will hold a Texas Nurse Aide certification, be in good standing on the Texas Nurse Aide Registry, and communicate effectively in English. The position offers benefits, DailyPay access, and opportunities within a rockin recognition program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have current Nurse Aide certification in Texas.
• Must be in good standing on the Texas Nurse Aide Registry and Misconduct Registry.
• Must understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living to promote independence and dignity.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing, nail care, and hygiene for assigned residents.
• Follow the charge nurse's scheduled assignments and assist with transfers as needed.
• Answer call lights promptly and provide feeding assistance when required.
• Maintain resident safety and a clean, supportive environment.
