FPACP Houston LLC is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to join our dedicated long-term care team in Houston. You will support residents with activities of daily living and help maintain dignity and safety in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current Nurse Aide certification in Texas is required.
• Must be in good standing on the Texas Nurse Aide Registry and Misconduct Registry.
• Ability to understand, remember and carry out verbal and written instructions in English.
• Ability to speak clearly and hear well enough to communicate with residents.

Responsibilities

• Ensure resident safety.
• Bathing, showering, hair care, dressing, and basic grooming for residents.
• Follow the resident assignment schedule as directed by the charge nurse.
• Assist with lifting, moving, and transferring residents as required.
• Answer call lights in a timely manner; assist or feed residents as needed.
• Keep residents clean, dry, and provide toileting or incontinent care.
• Provide a supportive, protective, and safe environment for residents.
• Utilize electronic medical records charting (PointClickCare).
