Focused Post Acute Care Partners FPACP is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to join our team in Texas. You will assist residents with activities of daily living and promote independence and dignity, while adhering to care plans and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Current Texas Nurse Aide certification required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure resident safety and assist with daily living activities.
• Bathe, shower, shampoo, dress residents and provide personal care.
• Follow care plans and resident assignment schedules.
• Lift, move and transfer residents as required.
• Answer call lights promptly and assist or feed residents.
• Maintain clean, comfortable and safe resident environments.
• Document care using electronic medical records (EMR).
