Focused Post Acute Care Partners is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to join our caring team in Texas. You will help residents with daily living activities, ensuring safety and dignity while working under the charge nurse's direction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current Texas Nurse Aide certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living to promote independence and dignity.
• Bathe, groom, dress, and provide basic personal care.
• Follow nurse assignments and assist with mobility and transfers.
• Respond promptly to call lights and assist with feeding as needed.
• Maintain resident safety and a clean, comfortable environment.
• Document care in the electronic medical records system.
