Job summary

FPACP Webster LLC in Webster, TX is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to assist residents with activities of daily living, promote independence, and ensure safety within a long-term care setting.

You must hold a Texas Nurse Aide certification, be in good standing on the Texas Nurse Aide Registry and Misconduct Registry, and be able to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English. Duties include bathing, dressing, feeding assistance, and charting in the EMR.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand, remember and carry out verbal and written instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living to promote independence and dignity.
• Bathe, shower, dress, hair care, nail care for residents as assigned.
• Follow resident assignment schedules and assist with feeding as needed.
• Lift, move, and transfer residents as required; respond to call lights promptly.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment; document care in EMR (PointClickCare).
