Responsibilities:

Certified Nursing Assistants play a vital role in creating a warm and supportive environment where residents' well-being is prioritized. Your duties include assisting with daily activities, providing companionship, and ensuring a homelike atmosphere that values dignity, respect, and individualized attention.

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Collaborate with nursing and healthcare teams for comprehensive care
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Help with mobility, including transferring and repositioning
• Support residents during mealtimes, ensuring proper nutrition and dietary needs
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical and emotional states

Requirements:

• Valid CNA certification in Indiana
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and assisting with mobility
• Passion for geriatric nursing and senior care excellence
