Job summary

Arlington Gardens Care Center in Riverside, California is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our 99‑bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. The role offers PM and NOC shifts with hourly pay between $18.50 and $22.00 DOE.

Pay Range

$18.50 – $22.00 per hour (DOE)
We reward experience and dedication.

Available Shifts

• PM: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• NOC: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate, hands‑on care to residents
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and mobility
• Support residents’ comfort, dignity, and emotional well‑being
• Work collaboratively with nurses and the care team
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and positive environment

What We’re Looking For

• Current California CNA certification
• A caring, dependable, and team‑oriented attitude
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others
• Experience in skilled nursing is a plus, but not required
