Job summary

Heritage Hills Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Rhode Island seeks a CNA Appointment Scheduler to join our care team. This full-time role coordinates physician appointments and resident transportation to ensure timely access to healthcare, while maintaining precise schedules and resident safety.

Must hold an active Rhode Island CNA license with BLS/CPR certification. Hours are 8 am-4 pm; pay is $20-$23 per hour, with daily pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in Rhode Island.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Experience scheduling medical appointments and coordinating resident transportation.
• Strong communication, organizational, and scheduling skills.
• Demonstrated compassion and patience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate physician appointments and other medically necessary resident appointments.
• Arrange transportation for residents to and from medical appointments with accurate schedules.
• Coordinate with families, transportation providers, and healthcare offices to ensure seamless care.
• Maintain accurate records of appointments and transportation schedules.
