Job summary

Apache Junction Health and Rehab is hiring CNAs to provide compassionate resident care in a short-term rehabilitation setting.

Requirements include Arizona CNA license, Level one fingerprint clearance card, and CPR certification. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, documenting care, recording vital signs, and communicating changes to nursing staff.
