Job summary

Apache Junction Health and Rehab is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant in Apache Junction, AZ. The role focuses on assisting residents with daily living activities, documenting care, and monitoring vital signs.

You will work closely with nursing staff to identify changes and ensure a safe, respectful environment for residents. Arizona CNA license and CPR are required by some positions; Level one certification may be needed.

Qualifications

• Arizona CNA license required.
• Level one certification may be required by state guidelines.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, activities, and socialization.
• Document care provided in resident records.
• Obtain and record vital signs.
• Identify and communicate changes with nursing staff.
