Job summary

Concierge Care is seeking dependable CNAs and HHAs to support seniors at home in Palm Coast, FL. You’ll provide compassionate one-on-one care and help with daily activities, medications, and safety. Weekday and weekend shifts, W-2 employment, and part-time/PRN options are available.

Join a team focused on personalized care in the client’s home environment, with opportunities for recurring assignments and flexible scheduling. Weekend opportunities are available to fit your availability.

Qualifications

• Active Florida CNA license or Florida-approved HHA certificate.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Current CPR certification and Social Security card.
• Health statement within the last 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Provide companionship and engaging conversation.
• Assist mobility and safe transfers.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Transportation and errands as needed.
• Support for individuals with Alzheimer's or dementia.

Concierge Care is growing our Palm Coast caregiver team! We're seeking dependable, compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) who enjoy helping seniors live safely and comfortably in their own homes.

Whether you're available during the week, on weekends, or a combination of both, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

As a private duty caregiver, you'll provide meaningful support to seniors through:

• Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene

• Support for individuals living with Alzheimer's disease or dementia

What You Need to Qualify

• Active Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license OR Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate from a Florida-approved school

• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance

• Current CPR certification

• Social Security card

• Health statement completed within the last 6 months

• Required Florida caregiver training:

  • 2 hours of Alzheimer's training

  • 1 hour of HIV/AIDS training

  • 2 hours of medication assistance training

• Eligibility for AHCA/FLClearinghouse Level 2 background screening

• Reliable transportation, professionalism, and a compassionate attitude
