Job summary

Winston Manor is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the AM shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) to join our compassionate care team. We offer next-day pay and both full-time and part-time opportunities, with an emphasis on dignity, respect, and quality of life for residents in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CNA certification in Illinois.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Dependable, compassionate, and patient-focused attitude.
• Ability to lift/move residents and perform physical duties.
• Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
• Must be eligible to work in a healthcare setting with no abuse-related convictions.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, and mobility.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Accurately chart and document care provided.
• Promote dignity, respect, and quality of life for every resident.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and needs.
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams.
