Job summary

Winston Manor in Chicago, IL is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for PM shift (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM) to support residents during evening routines and nighttime transitions.

You’ll assist with hygiene, meals, mobility, and comfort; monitor conditions, document care, and respond to call lights with compassion. This role offers Next Day Pay, paid orientation and training, and a calm, resident‑centered environment with strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid CNA certification in Illinois.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Compassionate, reliable and motivated to help others.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically able to perform required duties.
• Must pass background checks and meet healthcare employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with evening hygiene, meals, mobility, and comfort.
• Preparing residents for bed and nighttime routines.
• Monitoring and reporting resident conditions.
• Documenting care accurately and consistently.
• Ensuring a peaceful, clean, and dignified environment.
• Answering call lights promptly and compassionately.
