Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services - Roswell in Alpharetta, GA seeks a CNA to provide compassionate in-home care to seniors. The role is 16 hours per week with day and night shifts, offering weekly pay and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities include bathing, grooming, transportation, meals, light housekeeping, medication reminders, mobility and toiletry assistance, companionship, and detailed record keeping in the online portal.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification or training is required or desired.
• Experience in home care or school training for at least 6 months is preferred.
• Background check and Live Scan fingerprinting are required.

Responsibilities

• Bath, Grooming, and Dressing clients.
• Provide transportation and run basic errands (pharmacy, grocery).
• Provide meals and light housekeeping.
• Administer medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility and toiletry tasks.
• Offer companionship and engage seniors in activities.
• Maintain detailed service records via the online portal.
• Inform Care Coordinator of major changes or incidents.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bath/Groom/Dress
• Provide transportation services and basic errands (pharmacy, grocery store, etc.)
• Provide meals and conduct light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Mobility assistance
• Toiletry assistance
• Companionship to help seniors enjoy their interests (attending senior centers or church, playing board games or cards, reading books, watching movies, taking walks)
• Maintain a detailed record of services provided and client's current conditions through our online portal
• Notify Care Coordinator of major changes or incidents during your shift

Job Requirements:

• Clean criminal background check
• Live Scan / Fingerprinting
• Reliable transportation with insurance
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (Compliant with I-9 requirements.) ex: 2 forms of ID- Driver's License or Identification/passport or Permanent Resident ID/Social Security Card
• Formal training or experience in the home care field or school for at least 6 months is desired
• CPR + First Aid and TB test or chest X-ray required
• CNA License desired
