Artis Care Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Kearny, NJ is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for all shifts. This role offers a competitive pay rate up to $21.49 per hour and a supportive team environment focused on resident well-being and comfort.

As a CNA, you will assist with daily activities, monitor residents, document care accurately, and work closely with nurses to deliver personalized, holistic care while contributing to a warm, home-like atmosphere.

Formación

• Active CNA license in New Jersey is required.
• Demonstrated compassion and patient-centered care.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, meals).
• Monitor residents' well-being and report changes promptly.
• Promote comfort, safety, and quality of life through attentive care.
• Maintain clean and sanitary rooms and common areas.
• Accurately document changes in residents' conditions and care plans.
• Collaborate with nurses and staff to deliver holistic care.
• Engage residents in activities to support physical, emotional, and social well-being.
