Belgrove Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Kearny, NJ is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our compassionate team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor safety, and help maintain cleanliness and dignity in a home-like setting.

This role offers opportunities to build relationships with residents and families, document care plans, and collaborate with nurses and staff across shifts. Active NJ CNA license required; all shifts available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meals.
• Monitor residents’ safety, comfort and well‑being, respond to changes with care.
• Foster connections with residents and families to build trust and belonging.
• Maintain cleanliness of rooms and common areas, ensuring sanitation.
• Record and report changes in residents’ conditions and care plans to support teamwork.
• Collaborate with nurses and healthcare staff to deliver holistic care.
• Engage residents in activities to support physical, emotional, and social well‑being.
