Artis Care Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Kearny, NJ is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for all shifts. This role offers a competitive pay rate up to $21.49 per hour and a supportive team environment focused on resident well-being and comfort.

As a CNA, you will assist with daily activities, monitor residents, document care accurately, and work closely with nurses to deliver personalized, holistic care while contributing to a warm, home-like atmosphere.

Your Role as a CNA:

You’ll play an essential part in enhancing residents’ comfort, safety, and quality of life by:

• Providing Personalized Care: Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meals while respecting each resident’s dignity.

• Promoting Comfort & Safety: Monitoring residents’ physical and emotional well-being and responding to changes with care and attentiveness.

• Fostering Connections: Building meaningful relationships with residents and families, creating trust and a true sense of belonging.

• Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensuring residents’ rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and sanitary.

• Accurate Documentation: Recording and reporting changes in residents’ conditions and care plans to support effective teamwork.

• Collaborating with the Team: Working alongside nurses and healthcare staff to deliver individualized, holistic care.

• Enhancing Quality of Life: Engaging residents in activities that support physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Qualifications:

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of New Jersey.
