Job summary

Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living in Peabody, MA is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living and person-centered care. Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, with sign-on bonuses of $3,000 for eligible part-time and $5,000 for full-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assist residents in activities of daily living.
• Implement residents' personal care plans respecting their routines and preferences.
• Provide assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address residents' needs in a timely manner.

How you will make an impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

What you will need

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills required.
