Elite Medical Staffing is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for assisted living opportunities in Lake Orion, MI. The role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and the ability to pick up shifts that fit your availability.

Responsibilities include supporting residents with daily living activities, mobility, nutrition, and documenting care using EMR PCC. Candidates must have a MI CNA certification and reliable transportation to facilities.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification and ability to work in assisted living settings.
• Minimum 1 year of CNA experience, with ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Utilize EMR PCC to record patients’ medical information and vital signs
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and support with ambulation as needed
• Encourage and promote resident independence while providing appropriate assistance
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or overall well-being to appropriate staff
• Respond promptly to resident requests and provide compassionate resident-centered care
• Assist residents with meals, hydration, and dining support as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful living environment
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements
• Communicate concerns or issues to onsite supervisor and agency
• Other duties as assigned

Responsibilities

A CNA picking up shifts through Elite Medical Staffing at an assisted living facility may be expected to:

• Utilize EMR PCC to record patients’ medical information and vital signs
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and support with ambulation as needed
• Encourage and promote resident independence while providing appropriate assistance
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or overall well-being to appropriate staff
• Respond promptly to resident requests and provide compassionate resident-centered care
• Assist residents with meals, hydration, and dining support as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience working under an active CNA Certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in assisted living
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must have reliable transportation to assigned facilities
• Must maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
• Able to push, pull, and lift at least 50 pounds
• Able to be standing and walking with frequent bending, reaching, and lifting with proper body mechanics
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Willing to complete background and drug screening in accordance with applicable laws and regulations

Credentials Required

• Active and unencumbered MI CNA Certification
• Government-Issued Photo ID or Passport
• CPR/BLS
• Tuberculosis (TB) Test
• Flu Vaccine (during Flu season)
• Covid-19 Vaccine (religious/medical exemptions accepted)
• Resume
• Additional credentials may be required based on facility placement
