Elite Medical Staffing is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for assisted living opportunities in Keego Harbor, MI. This position offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and the ability to pick up shifts that fit your availability.

We are seeking dependable, experienced nurse aides who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and can quickly and confidently adapt to new facility environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of CNA experience in a healthcare setting.
• Active and valid MI CNA certification required.
• Reliable transportation to assigned facilities and flexible with shifts.
• Must maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Able to push, pull, and lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Use EMR PCC to record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide mobility assistance and transfers as needed.
• Encourage independence with appropriate assistance.
• Monitor residents and report changes to staff.
• Respond promptly to resident requests with compassionate care.
• Assist residents with meals and dining support.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment and comply with policies.
• Communicate concerns to onsite supervisor and agency.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

A CNA picking up shifts through Elite Medical Staffing at an assisted living facility may be expected to:

• Utilize EMR PCC to record patients’ medical information and vital signs
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and support with ambulation as needed
• Encourage and promote resident independence while providing appropriate assistance
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or overall well-being to appropriate staff
• Respond promptly to resident requests and provide compassionate resident-centered care
• Assist residents with meals, hydration, and dining support as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful living environment
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements
• Communicate concerns or issues to onsite supervisor and agency
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience working under an active CNA Certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in assisted living
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must have reliable transportation to assigned facilities
• Must maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
• Able to push, pull, and lift at least 50 pounds
• Able to be standing and walking with frequent bending, reaching, and lifting with proper body mechanics
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Willing to complete background and drug screening in accordance with applicable laws and regulations

Credentials Required

• Active and unencumbered MICNA Certification
• Government-Issued Photo ID or Passport
• Resume
• Additional credentials may be required based on facility placement
