Beloit Health System is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join Beloit Memorial Hospital in Beloit, WI. CNAs will support the Medical-Surgical and Intermediate/Cardiac Step-Down units, working closely with nurses to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Positions include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts with a sign-on bonus and benefits eligibility. Join a mission-driven care team committed to excellence in patient care.

Qualifikationen

• Current CNA certification in Wisconsin.
• BLS/CPR certification within 3 months of hire.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospital setting.
• Demonstrates ability to do simple math functions.

Aufgaben

• Take and record vital signs accurately and report unusual signs.
• Provide personal hygiene care and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Assist patients with nutritional needs and document accordingly.
• Assist patients with ambulation and transfer.
• Assist with admissions, transfers and discharges and document on nursing forms.
• Observe safety precautions, call lights, bed positions, rails, alarms, and rounding.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient, hospital, and physician information.
• Perform procedures and document: K-pad, non-sterile compress, basic traction, EPCs, Foley removal, colostomy bag emptying, clean catch urine.
