Job summary

North Hill in Needham, MA is seeking a Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a 5-Star CMS rated team at Pines Edge. You will assist residents with daily living activities, ensure safety and dignity, and support dining and social programs in a warm, home-like environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Current Massachusetts CNA certification.
CPR/AED certification (required).
Two years of CNA experience preferred (especially in long-term care).

Responsibilities

Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Provide respectful, person-centered care that honors resident preferences.
Support residents in social programs, activities, and dining.
Prepare and serve meals while ensuring food safety and dietary requirements.
Communicate changes in condition promptly to nursing staff and document as required.
Uphold resident rights, privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.
