Little Falls Health Services is a 32 bed skilled nursing facility. We are currently in the process of constructing another 32 resident rooms and then will be a 64 bed facility.
Care for skilled nursing residents under the direction of the nursing staff by performing the following duties:
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: To perform the job successfully, an individual must perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Less than high school education; up to one month job related experiences or training; or, equivalent combinations of education and experience. Maintain 12 hours of Continued Education Units (CEU) every year.
