Benchmark Senior Living seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide attentive care at Greenwich Farm in Warwick, Rhode Island. The 3rd shift is part-time, offering opportunities to support residents in a warm, home-like setting.

The role requires a valid CNA/HHA/LNA license, with preferred experience in skilled nursing or assisted living and dementia care. You will document care, assist with daily activities, and engage residents in meaningful activities while upholding

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with residents with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care and report changes in resident health or behavior to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional care.
• Perform other duties as needed.
